The drawing is the easy part. What decides whether a mascot works is what happens inside it: it gets far hotter in there than in the room, and heat is the actual hazard in this product. We build with powered ventilation, an airflow path that reaches the head rather than stopping at the chest, and a stated maximum wear time in the handover notes.

Vision is the second specification. A performer who cannot see the ground in front of them cannot work a crowd safely, so the aperture position and size are designed rather than left to whatever the character’s face allows. We will tell you when a design concept has to change to keep the sightline.

Head weight matters more than most buyers expect. A heavy head is fine standing still and punishing over a two-hour appearance, so we build in lightweight structure and balance it over the shoulders rather than hanging it off the neck.

No. If a character belongs to somebody else — a club, a broadcaster, a studio — we will not reproduce it. We will design you an original character that does the same job and that you own outright.
